Your checklist and wedding details

The checklist

The Plan tab holds your checklist. Tick things off as you go. The Overview tab uses your checklist, your date, your budget and your guest list to show what is due next.

Only you, and any co-planner you invite, can see that summary. A helper sees the checklist but not the summary.

Your wedding details

Under Settings, "About your wedding" holds the details guests see once you publish.

• Your wedding date is optional. It is only shown if you add it.
• It is shown as a month and year, unless you choose to show the exact day.

Publishing

Nothing is visible to guests until you publish. When you publish your wedding details, the same link that opens your gift registry also takes guests to the date, schedule and RSVP, so one link and one QR code is enough.
