Vereli Wedding Vendor Terms
These are the terms between a wedding business and Vereli for the wedding vendor directory. By ticking the box when you sign up, you agree to them.

1. What this is
These terms are between you (the business listing itself) and Vereli, an Australian sole trader. They cover the Vereli wedding directory: your listing, the enquiries couples send you, and your dashboard. They do not cover the couple gift registry, which has its own page for couples.
2. What we do, and what we don't
- We list your business in the directory and pass you the enquiries couples send to it, by email.
- Vereli does not take payment, hold money or handle bookings. Any agreement, price, deposit or cancellation is between you and the couple.
- We do not verify your details. The page says so: the details are provided by the business. Where you give an ABN, we check only that it is a valid number.
- Listing is free. We do not charge you a fee or take a commission on any booking. If that changes, we give you at least 30 days' notice before it applies to you.
3. What you promise
- The details you give are accurate, you are entitled to trade as this business, and you will keep them up to date.
- Your listing, photos and price sheet do not infringe anyone's rights, are not misleading, and are not unlawful, offensive or fake. You own the photos or have permission to use them.
- You will not use enquirers' details for anything except replying to their enquiry. In particular, you will not add them to a marketing list unless they agree separately.
- You will not list a business you do not own or run, or copy another business's details.
4. What you let us do
You give Vereli a non-exclusive, free licence to display your listing, logo and photos in the directory and on your share page, for as long as you are listed, and to store and email you the enquiries sent to you. It ends when your listing is deleted, except copies kept in backups for a short period and the removal record described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Hiding and removing a listing
We may hide a listing straight away if a report suggests fraud or a safety problem, or if we think it breaks these terms, while we look into it. A hidden listing is not deleted, and if we find nothing wrong we restore it and tell you.
We may suspend (listing off, account kept) or remove a listing if it breaks section 3, or if it is fake or harmful. Hide is automatic. Suspend and remove are decided by Vereli's founder: a serious ground such as fraud or impersonation may be acted on straight away, and a ground about conduct or quality has a second reviewer once one exists.
Every time we hide, suspend or remove, we tell you why in plain language and how to reply. You can reply to the email, and we answer within 3 business days. If we got it wrong, we restore the listing.
Holding no vendor money, we owe you nothing, and you owe us nothing, when a listing is hidden, suspended or removed.
You can remove your own listing at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@vereliapp.com. It comes down straight away, and we delete the rest of your details within 30 days.
6. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. For a change that matters to you (a fee, or the rules for hiding a listing), we tell you by email before it applies, and you can remove your listing if you do not agree.
7. Limits
The directory is provided as it is. We do not promise that you will get enquiries or bookings, or that the directory or email delivery will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is nil, and we are not liable for lost profit or for what a couple does. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal information, including couples' enquiries and your sign-in email, is set out in the Vereli Privacy Policy, in the section "The wedding directory and registry".
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Australian Capital Territory, and you and we submit to the courts there.
